Cooking Procedure:

Step 1: Mix 1 to 2 cup of Besan, 2 cups of buttermilk, salt, 1 to 2 teaspoon (tsp) of turmeric powder, ginger and green chili paste around 1 teaspoon (tsp) and lemon in a glass bowl

Step 2: Make sure not to form any lumps

Step 3: Grease a smooth work surface very lightly.

Step 4: Heat the besan mixture on medium heat flame till it thickens to the perfect consistency. It will take approx around 8 to10 minutes.
